Section 10
Duties, Duties and Powers of Secretary
(1) Except as mentioned in the prevailing law, the work, duties and powers of the Secretary shall be as follows:-
(a) To act as Chief of Staff of Committees and Divisions of the Federal Parliament,
(b) To prepare the annual budget required for the committee of the Federal Parliament and submit it to the Secretary General (c) Supervising and organizing the work related to the Federal Parliament and Committees,
(d) To perform other tasks according to the instructions of the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Secretary General.
(2) Other duties, duties and powers of the Secretary of the Federal Parliament shall be as prescribed.
